The only real problem I found was that it was too tight getting it on. Air was trapped in the tip and that was a problem. I was able to use a straw as I slid on the extender and it let all the air out. It worked fine.

While this product looks and feels exceptionally real, the hollow insertable circumference is WAY too big. You would basically need a 10 inch member with 7 inch diameter to begin with to make this sucker work. I am 6" and average girth but this is simply way too flimsy and a complete waste of money. Some of the other (ie 2") cyberskin products work well and are thicker which make them better because they hug your member tight and add substantial girth while staying well in place.
